Nike’s Forum Shops store slated to reopen on July 28

Nike will reopen its retail store inside the Forum Shops at Caesars on July 28.

The remodeled 30,000-square-foot location will reflect the athleticwear brand's newest store concept, one of five such locations nationwide.

Nike Las Vegas, which had closed in April, will feature market-tailored product offerings and community resources, said Tim Hershey, general manager for Nike Retail.

The store will also showcase NIKEiD, which lets people customize apparel, footwear and sports equipment and new runner's services through Nike+, a technology that allows runners to track their distance, pace and calories.

Nike Las Vegas is open in a limited capacity now, but new features will be operational at the grand opening July 28.

Besides the Las Vegas store, Nike's new design can be seen in Santa Monica, Calif.; Garden City, N.Y.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Bloomington, Minn.
