Arizona police investigating discovery of human remains

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- Human remains were discovered by a man out for a Sunday stroll with his dog in Bullhead City, Ariz.

Police officers responded to the 6:30 a.m. call near the entrance of Rio Lomas Beach in the Colorado River Nature Center and are investigating the case as a homicide.

Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Montague said the victim was identified as Raymond Arthur Sanchez, 36, of Bullhead City. An autopsy has been scheduled and a reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.
