Toll Brothers has just announced the release of two new floor plans at two of its communities in the Las Vegas Valley, Inspirada and Mountain's Edge.
The builder's plans and elevations are on display at both Toll Brothers' communities.
Models of the two homes, the Cordoba and the Santiago of the Coronado II collection, are under construction in the Inspirada community.
"With interest rates on the rise, now is the very best time to purchase your new home, no matter where you want to live," said David Straub, Toll Brothers assistant vice president.
According to Straub, with prices starting in the low-$200,000s, Federal Housing Authority financing available and the extended federal home buyer tax credit, there are financial incentives to buying a new home.
Cordoba and Santiago measures 2,000 square feet and are two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath homes. The plans feature a large downstairs den/office and great room, plus a tech center or bonus room upstairs and GE appliances.
Interested buyers can view all the Toll Brothers neighborhoods in Las Vegas online.
The neighborhoods include Traccia, offering single-family homes and Fairway Hills in the Ridges, a neighborhood of townhomes both in Summerlin. Mirasol at Mountain's Edge features single-family homes in southwestern Las Vegas and Toll Brothers at Inspirada is a master-planned community with single-family homes and condominiums.
