Motorcyclist killed in collision

A 52-year-old man was killed Friday after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a Honda Element at the intersection of Reno Avenue and Pearl Street, just south of Tropicana Avenue.

The motorcycle was traveling west on Reno when the Honda, traveling south on Pearl, entered the intersection, Las Vegas police said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The 29-year-old driver of the Honda had minor injuries. The motorcyclist’s name was not released.
