Privé and the Living Room were issued a temporary license late today by the Clark County Department of Business License. The temporary license is good through Sept. 20. Privé will open at 10 tonight.

The two clubs at the Planet Hollywood Resort were closed in late July by county officials. They were issued three citations last year for stalling county agents, interfering with the agents during a routine inspection and allowing topless and lewd behavior. Gaming regulators fined Planet Hollywood Resort $500,000 for the behavior.
