MORNING LINE: 18-year-old gamblers?

  Now here’s an idea that has the potential to make even hard-core Nevadans red-faced: A proposal to lower the minimum age for gambling in the state from 21 to 18. Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley and Senate Majority Leader Steven Horsford have already come out against it, but in tough economic times it won’t be the last bad idea to see daylight.
