AROUND TOWN: Eat cool treats for a good cause
Just saying the word Blizzard makes it seem a little cooler outside. And although every day during August in Las Vegas is the perfect day
for a frozen treat Aug. 7 is even better because its Miracle Treat Day.
All the proceeds from Dairy Queen's Blizzard treats purchased on Aug. 7 will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
More than $70 million has been raised during this annual event since 1984.
