Richmond American Homes touts Cumberland residences in southwest

Richmond American's Cumberland neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas offers models priced from the $240,000s to the $270,000s. The five- and six- bedroom homes offer three-car garages, master retreats, exercise rooms and dens.

Sales agent Jeanette Corwin lauded the homes as extraordinarily good values.

"Cumberland offers the complete picture. It's one of the best values around," she said. "The homes are beautiful, the home sites are spacious and the location is great.

"One of the features buyers love about our plans is that they all either include a bedroom on the main floor or offer it as an option. Another plus is that the neighborhood is in a really nice area with everything you need nearby, from parks and schools to retail and restaurants," Corwin said.

Several model homes are open at Cumberland. The Sevilla, priced from the $270,000s, is the largest floor plan, offering 2,650 square feet, six bedrooms and three baths.

"This home is ideal for entertaining," Corwin said, "with a beautiful entryway, an elegant formal living and dining room, and an optional covered patio off the kitchen nook. It also includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, with the option of a den."

Priced from the $260,000s, the Cantabria design includes up to six bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,550 square feet.

"The expansive gourmet kitchen is an attractive selling point of this home," Corwin said. "It includes a large food-preparation island and pantry, plus plenty of cabinets and countertop space."

The Cantabria offers options including a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, loft, master retreat, dual master bath and tandem garage.

Two other floor plans, Barcelona and Rome, are priced from the $240,000s. The Barcelona floor plan features five bedrooms and three baths in 2,450 square feet. The Rome model provides five bedrooms and three baths in 2,400 square feet.

The Rome design features volume ceilings in the living room, and a theater room that can be selected as an optional sixth bedroom, Corwin said.

To visit Cumberland, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Craig Road exit and go east. Turn left on Camino Al Norte, and then left on Ann Road.
