SENIORS GROUP
The Society of Single Seniors and Widowed Persons will have its monthly meeting at noon Monday at the Cambridge Recreational Center, 3930 S. Cambridge St. A representative of the Metropolitan Police Department will speak on fraud and related subjects. A pizza party will follow. Participants are asked to bring salad or dessert. JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER
The Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada offers singles programs for adults of all ages. Jewish singles age 60 and older meet for dinner at various locations the last Thursday of the month in Summerlin (794-0090).
WOMEN'S ORGANIZATION
The Southern Nevada Coalition of Concerned Women will host its 11th annual Charity Luncheon Saturday at the Four Seasons, 3960 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Doors will open at 11 a.m. The featured speaker will be Alexis M. Herman, former U.S. secretary of labor. Tickets are $75 per person. Proceeds will benefit various community projects. AARP MEETING
The AARP Summerlin Chapter 5094 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Ave. The program will include updates from the Social Security Administration. Prospective members may attend (255-0552).

FASHION SHOW, LUNCHEON
The fourth annual St. Francis of Assisi "Derby Day" Fashion Show & Luncheon will take place Friday at the Four Seasons, 3960 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The event, hosted by the St. Clare of Assisi Women's Guild, will include a champagne reception, hat contest, live and silent auctions, and prizes. Cost is $80 per person (617-0660, 328-9689).
CANCER SCREENINGS
St. Rose Dominican Hospital offers free breast cancer screenings and services to uninsured and underinsured women ages 40 and younger (616-7525).
