Governor and first lady agree to suspend litigation

Gov. Jim Gibbons and first lady Dawn Gibbons have agreed to suspend litigation in an attempt to resolve issues surrounding the divorce action filed by the governor. While they are negotiating, no additional court documents will be filed.

Attorneys also said Dawn Gibbons has agreed to move out of the Governor's Mansion and into a guest house on the mansion grounds in Carson City, and the governor will move back into the mansion. He has been staying at the couple's home in Reno.
