Pardee touts Sunrise Highlands

Pardee Homes has a limited number of homes available for immediate move-in at Arrowhead and Sierra at Sunrise Highlands in the Sunrise Mountain area of east Las Vegas, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales manager.

Among the available homes at Arrowhead is Plan Five at home site 148, which measures about 2,083 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and an office. It is priced at $286,225. Also available are two Plan Two floor plans, each of which measures 1,680 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and installed backyard landscaping.

Plan Two at home site 24 is priced at $247,950, while Plan Two at home site 27 is priced at $247,050.

Among the available homes at Sierra is a Plan Five at home site 797, which measures 2,439 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms and installed flooring. It is priced at $305,324.

Also available at Sierra is a Plan Two at home site 639, which measures about 1,718 square feet with three bedrooms, office, two baths, installed backyard landscaping and flooring. It is priced at $268,200.

Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, Sunrise Highlands is near many community amenities, including Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. Also nearby is Lake Mead National Recreation Area, in addition to shopping, dining and entertainment venues.

To visit Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way and proceed to the sales center and model homes, which are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
