INTERNET ONLY: Rancho edges Valley in boys volleyball

Antonio Boucher had 10 kills and eight blocks Tuesday as Rancho outlasted Valley 23-25, 25-22, 21-25, 25-15, 15-8 in a boys volleyball match at Rancho.

Kevin Wadsworth had 22 assists for the Rams. Steve Cuevas added 11 digs. J.B. Drury served seven aces for Rancho.

Bonanza 3, Spring Valley 0 -- At Spring Valley, Mike Hartmann had 40 assists to help the Bengals to a 25-20, 25-15, 25-14 win over the Grizzlies.

Scott Davis added 10 kills and four blocks for Bonanza.

Thomas Ricca had seven kills for Spring Valley, and Spenser Gubler added eight digs.

Bishop Gorman 3, Western 0 -- At Western, Jake Houser had 13 kills and 16 digs to help the Gaels sweep the Warriors, 25-19, 25-17, 25-15.

Bobby Houser added nine kills and six aces for the Gaels, and Colton Guinn had five aces.

Sierra Vista 3, Durango 0-- At Sierra Vista, Brent Waldron and Joe Wright each had 10 kills and three aces to help the Lions beat the Trailblazers, 25-14, 25-20, 25-17.

Josh McLain added seven kills for Sierra Vista.

Darren Torrie had seven assists and four kills for Durango.

Las Vegas 3, Eldorado 0-- At Las Vegas, Jonathan Dugan had 10 digs and six kills, and Danny Farias added 25 assists and four aces to lead the Wildcats over the Sundevils, 25-12, 25-13, 25-13.

Chris Millette added six kills, and Brian Walker had seven aces for Las Vegas.

Kaiden Shakespeare led Eldorado with four kills.

Basic 3, Legacy 0 -- At Basic, Jensen Lavallee had seven kills to lead the Wolves to a 25-10, 25-14, 25-19 win over the Longhorns.

Michael Lunen and Anthony Gambone each had seven assists for Basic.

Canyon Springs 3, Desert Pines 1 -- At Desert Pines, the Pioneers rallied for a 21-25, 29-27, 25-21, 25-20 win over the Jaguars.
