Rhodes Homes prepares Henderson’s Tuscany neighborhood for closeout
When home buyers enter Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson, the first neighborhood they see in the guard-gated master-planned community is Montebello.
The opportunity for home buyers to purchase a brand- new home in the neighborhood is coming to an end with the release of its final slate of lots, according to John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes, developer of Tuscany.
According to Means, the final lots where the Montebello models will be constructed will be in the community's Terrazzo neighborhood, located adjacent to Montebello and within a short walking distance of Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center, which is still under construction.
"An integral part of our design philosophy was mixing a few different models from different neighborhoods in select locations within the master plan," said Means. "For people interested in the Montebello models, their placement in Terrazzo offers an outstanding opportunity, since some of these lots offer views of our golf course, the Las Vegas skyline or the surrounding mountains."
In addition to the newly released lots, Tuscany's Montebello neighborhood also has a handful of homes remaining that have already been built, including a few located on the community's signature golf course, that only await a buyer's selection of flooring before finalizing the home for immediate occupancy, Means said.
Homes come with kitchens that include beach cabinetry with crown molding and upgraded appliances. These features are included in the price of the home.
The community offers seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,876 square feet.
Each offers designs for three-story townhomes, single-story, two-story and three-story homes with lofts, great rooms and kitchens featuring center islands.
Prices in Tuscany begin in the $200,000s.
When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.
A 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, will be open to homeowners of the community this summer and will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children's playground and picnic area.
To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
