Eight homes left to sell at Cambria

One of eight Lennar neighborhoods in North Las Vegas, Cambria features standard amenities in homes priced from the $200,000s. The subdivision has eight homes left for sale. All are available for occupancy before the holidays, according to sales manager Michelle Loker.

"This is a last chance. We're almost sold out," Loker said. "There is still time to move and enjoy the holidays in your new Cambria home."

The homes offer three-car garages and pool-sized home sites that average 6,000 square feet. There are four home designs with one- and two-story floor plans that measure from 2,129 to 3,402 square feet.

Exteriors include covered porch entries and paverstone walkways and driveways. Home interiors have Silestone kitchen countertops with stainless-steel sinks and built-in General Electric stainless-steel appliances with refrigerator, washer and dryer. The home also has raised-panel oak cabinetry, ceramic-tile entry, cultured marble vanities with integrated sinks in baths and ceramic-tile surrounds for the master garden tub and shower and tub surrounds in secondary baths. These features are included in the price of the home.

The residences also have Smart Wiring CAT-5E wiring with a main hub, plus extensive prewiring for telephone, cable and ceiling fans.

"All of the homes are beautifully accented by wonderful windows of all sizes and shapes that spread light throughout the interiors," Loker said.

Other interior design highlights include fireplaces and media niches, master suites with bay window accents and walk-in closets.

The two-story Barbera measures 3,208 square feet and includes five bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room. One bedroom with two-walk-in closets and a full bath are located on the main level. The master suite with its owner retreat, bath and verandah are on the second floor. Also on the second floor is a large bonus room that can be used as a second family room, media room or children's play area.

The homes at Cambria, all of which are Energy Star-certified, are priced for close-out, Loker said.
