City of Henderson, ArtFest of Henderson, Saturday and Sunday: Volunteers needed for a variety of tasks.

Desert Winds, The Adventure Race, Saturday and Sunday: Volunteers needed for this athletic event.

Family and Child Treatment of Southern Nevada: Volunteer needed to teach art class for children from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

First Friday, through June 3: Volunteers needed for a variety of tasks for this monthly arts event.

Habitat for Humanity: Truck drivers, receptionist and other volunteers needed.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada: Wish ambassadors, consultants, event crews, office workers and other volunteers needed.

Rebuilding All Goals Efficiently, crab feast, May 19: Volunteers needed for a variety of tasks.

The Salvation Army: Disaster service volunteers needed to be on call; training is provided.
