Engle starts ’55 Homes in 5 Days’ promotion

Today, Engle Homes begins its '55 Homes in 5 Days' sales promotion, offering incentives on the builder's homes across the valley, including those in the North Las Vegas neighborhoods of Cambria and Falcon Ridge.

The program runs from May 5-9 and sets aside 55 homes with a special Engle Certified Lowest Price Guarantee.

"Our 55 Homes in 5 Days sales promotion makes owning a new home in our Cambria and Falcon Ridge neighborhoods in this wonderful area an even greater value than ever before," said Lindsey Thomas, marketing manager.

Located on the southwest corner of Ann Road and Commerce Street, Cambria is a gated neighborhood of homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,726 square feet. The neighborhood's three floor plans include the single-story Avila Plan and the two-story Baywood and Oceana.

The homes are flexible in design, allowing customization of floor plans.

The promotion includes Engle Homes' Falcon Ridge at Washburn Road and Lawrence Street. Three home designs range from 1,798 to 2,778 square feet -- the Bristlecone Plan is a one-story, three-bedroom, two-bath design with two-car garage. The Juniper is a two-story, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with loft. The Ponderosa is a two-story, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with three-car garage and flexible den area.

The promotion provides incentives of as much as $80,000 at the builder's Somerset, Ladera Terrace in Summerlin, Rivendell and Beacon Hill in Mountain's Edge and Copper Creek Estates neighborhoods, Thomas said.
