Caesars CFO joins Dave & Buster’s board of directors

Caesars Entertainment Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Halkyard has joined the board of the directors of restaurant chain Dave & Buster's, Inc.

In addition to Halkyard, Dallas-based Dave & Busters also appointed Norwegian Cruise Lines President Kevin Sheehan to the six-person board.

“They have deep experience leading and operating name-brand franchises in which both entertainment and hospitality are critical components of the business,” said Tyler Wolfram, chairman of Dave & Buster's and a partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners.

Halkyard joined Caesars in 1999 when the company was known as Harrah’s Entertainment. Prior to joining the casino company, he held several leadership positions in corporate development and operations with Landmark Communications.

Dave & Buster's operates 56 locations, which combines restaurant service with arcade-style games and entertainment. The company has operations in 24 states and Canada.
