New surveys show that passenger satisfaction with airline customer service and airports declined in the past year as higher fare prices, new fees, longer flight delays and more crowded flights and airports make traveling by air more expensive and more of a hassle for travelers. McCarran International Airport, however, showed one of the few improvements, tying for second place among large airports in overall customer satisfaction in a J.D. Power and Associates survey.
Has your satisfaction level with McCarran and airline customer service at the local airport changed in the past year?
