THIS WEEK'S BUSINESS PRESS POLL QUESTION

Log onto the Las Vegas Business Press website and let us hear your opinion on this week's question.

Nevada Labor Commissioner Michael Tanchek recently ruled that Wynn Resorts Ltd.'s policy of letting games supervisors share part of the tips earned by dealers does not violate state law. Dealers, who complain that the policy violates gaming regulations and is costing them as much as 20 percent in lost pay, say they will appeal the decision. No other casino company has a similar policy although Caesars Palace has told its dealers that it retains the right to adopt one in the future.

Do you think casino companies should be allowed to let some floor supervisors share in the tip pool for dealers?
