CONDO COUNT

MGM Mirage has begun closing sales at Veer Towers, one of three high-rise residential buildings inside CityCenter.

Veer, which has two towers totaling 670 condominiums, is the only all-residential development at CityCenter. Vdara, is a condominium-hotel project while the Mandarin Oriental has condominiums on the upper floors of its hotel tower.

According to Union Gaming Group, which has been charting sales of CityCenter's 2,400 residential units, Veer closed five condominiums at the end of May for a total cost of $3.2 million.

Through May, 146 residential units at CityCenter closed sales for a collective price of $146 million -- 37 units for $86 million at Mandarin, 104 units for $57 million at Vdara and five units for $3.2 million at Veer.
