Flying J Truck Stop opens at Whiskey Pete’s

A Flying J Truck Stop has opened at Whiskey Pete’s at Primm Valley, expanding the services offered at the casino location on the Nevada-California border.

The 13,000-square-foot Flying J has a professional drivers’ lounge with flat screen televisions, seven private showers and a commercial laundry facility. The truck stop also features quick service Subway, Starbucks, Q’doba Mexican Grill and Dairy Queen restaurants, 40 slot machines and free Wi-Fi inside the travel center.

The venue offers 10 commercial diesel pumps in addition to the 24 Chevron gasoline pumps, a separate RV fueling point and an electric car charging station. Primm services more than 37,000 daily visitors along Interstate 15.

The three Primm Valley resorts — Whiskey Pete’s, Primm Valley and Buffalo Bills — are operated by Affinity Gaming.
