Houston’s daughter won’t face prosecution

Nevada gaming authorities have said there is "insufficient evidence" to prosecute Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, for underage gambling at the MGM Grand last month.

The celebrity gossip website TMZ.com last month posted video from a tipster's cellphone of Brown, 19, allegedly playing a slot machine at the casino with her 22-year-old boyfriend. The minimum age to gamble in Nevada is 21.

TMZ reported late Wednesday that Gaming Control Board Deputy Chief of Investigations David Salas had closed its review, finding there wasn't enough evidence to support criminal charges.
