Beasley Broadcast declares dividend

Beasley Broadcast Group, a Naples, Fla., radio station operator with holdings in Las Vegas, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6.25 cents per share payable on July 20 to shareholders of record June 29.

Beasley Broadcast Group operates KDWN-AM (720), KKLZ-FM (96.3), KSTJ-FM (102.7) and KYCE-FM (104.3) in the Las Vegas Valley.
