Service1st Bank names president, directors

John Gaynor, former CEO and vice chairman of Bank of Nevada, has joined Service1st Bank as president and chief operating officer.

The bank also appointed Jenna Morgan and Frances "Fafie" Moore as directors.

Gaynor organized Bank of Nevada in 1999 and remained as CEO until it was acquired by Western Alliance Bancorporation in 2006.

Morton owns N9NE Group, which develops restaurants and night clubs in Las Vegas, Chicago and Dallas. Moore is president of Realty Executives of Nevada.
