Meadows Bank issues three Small Business Administration loans
Meadows Bank, a Las Vegas-based community bank specializing in Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture loans, has issued three SBA loans totaling more than $2.3 million.
The loans, which were expected to create more than 28 jobs, were made to three businesses in Southern California.
"As the economy shows signs of improvement, more and more small businesses are deciding it is a good time to expand or purchase a building," said Calvin Regan, senior vice president and manager of Meadows Bank's SBA department. "Meadows Bank continues to seek out qualified borrowers that need assistance from SBA loan programs."
In the past month, Meadows Bank has also opened new SBA loan production offices in Denver and San Diego. The community bank, which also operates loan production offices in Salt Lake City and Sacramento, Calif., launched its SBA Lending Division in January 2010.
