Metro Pizza will break ground Sunday for new restaurant
Metro Pizza, a Las Vegas-based company, will break ground at 9 a.m. Sunday for a new 11,000-square-foot restaurant on the corner of Skypoint Drive and Cimarron Road.
In a statement, Metro Pizza said the restaurant, the company's largest, will include a pizzeria, commissary, corporate offices and a new breakfast café, Lulu's Bread and Breakfast.
Grove Construction is the contractor for the project, which is expected to take nine months to finish, Metro Pizza said.
Once open, the restaurant is expected to employ more than 100 people.
