Authorities have identified a man and woman from Mobile, Ala., who were killed over the weekend after being struck by a vehicle on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The Clark County coroner reported Tuesday that the deaths of 51-year-old Dana Lynn Goudie and 52-year-old Scott Theodore Burchard were accidents.
Both were pronounced dead at a hospital after the crash about 9:15 p.m. Saturday near the Las Vegas Premium Outlets mall south of the Strip.
Las Vegas police say Goudie and Burchard were crossing the wide road outside a marked crosswalk when they were struck by a 2008 Honda Accord driven by a 23-year-old Las Vegas man.
The car was damaged, but the driver reportedly was not injured.
Officials are investigating the incident. The driver wasn't charged.
