Coroner identifies victim of homicide in northeast valley
Authorities have identified a teenager whose body was found Friday on Los Feliz Street, north of Bonanza Road.
The Clark County coroner's office reported that Daniel Dean Way, 19, of Las Vegas, was the victim of a homicide.
Las Vegas police are searching for a pickup seen leaving the area about 4 a.m. Friday. Police described it as a silver or gray late-model Chevrolet or GMC extended cab four-wheel drive pickup with a raised suspension system and a loud exhaust.
Homicide detectives also are attempting to locate anyone who knew or has information about Way.
