Four arrested in Las Vegas in quadruple homicide in Los Angeles

Four people were arrested at a south valley hotel in connection with a quadruple homicide in Los Angeles earlier this week, Las Vegas police said Tuesday.

Los Angeles police and FBI officials contacted Las Vegas police who assembled a task force, the Criminal Apprehension Team or CAT, to arrest the fugitives in the Sunday shootings.

The four suspects, Howard Alcantra, 30; Ka Pasasouk, 31; Christina Neal, 33 and Donna Rabulan 30, were arrested Monday at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road.

They were booked into the Clark County Detention Center on fugitive warrants and face extradition to Los Angeles.

Police said the task force on Sunday evening determined the suspects were driving a black Audi with no license plates and possibly staying at the Silverton. The Audi was located at the Silverton and investigators determined the suspects had checked into the hotel Sunday night.

Police said detectives with Los Angeles police have interviewed the suspects. Search warrants have been issued for the Audi and the suspects' hotel room.

The CAT task force is composed of detectives with Las Vegas and Henderson police and special agents with the FBI.
