Help offered for noncustodial parents who owe child care payments

The Clark County district attorney is offering one-time opportunities to noncustodial parents who owe child support as part of National Child Support Awareness Month.

Parents can resolve outstanding child support issues, including active child support bench warrants and suspended driver's licenses, by making payments to the office's family support division from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Child Support Center of Southern Nevada, 1900 E. Flamingo Road.

No appointments are necessary during the back-to-school outreach period. Parents can pay child support debts with credit cards as well as cash, money orders, cashier's checks and debit cards.
