Henderson condo fire displaces 10

An electrical fire caused $160,000 in damage to a two-story condominium in the area of Bluebonnet Drive and Bluegrass Lane in Henderson on Saturday morning, displacing seven pets and 10 adults, fire officials said.

The Henderson Fire Department responded to the fire at 4:35 a.m. There were no injuries.

Fire officials cut a hole into the roof to stop the fire from spreading to nearby apartments, but the smoke damage was so severe that it led to the displacement of nearby residents , fire officials said.
