Las Vegas police raid marijuana grow house

Las Vegas police raided a marijuana grow house in the southwest valley Monday night and discovered 50 plants with a street value of about $150,000, an official said.

Lt. Dan Zehnder said police used a search warrant at a home in the 8300 block of Fox Brook Street, near Rainbow Boulevard and Windmill Lane after 8 p.m. He called the grow house a "moderate-sized" operation.

Zehnder said Michael Herda was arrested in connection with the raid.
