Man dies in shooting at southeast Las Vegas apartment

A man died after being shot Wednesday , Las Vegas police said.
Police spokeswoman Laura Meltzer said at 2:48 p.m. investigators were alerted the man who had been shot had collapsed in a doorway of a residence at the Century Village Apartments, 4801 Spencer St., near Tropicana Avenue.
Homicide Lt. Lew Roberts said the victim appeared to be in his mid-20s or older. He was shot in the chest. The shooting appeared to be drug-related, Roberts said.
No one was in custody Wednesday night in connection with the shooting.
