Man shot at apartment complex identified
A man who was shot and killed Monday was identified by authorities on Thursday as Tyrolia Belt.
Belt, 40, was shot and killed about 9:20 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Madre Mesa Drive, near Rancho Drive and Decatur Boulevard.
Belt died at the scene.
Las Vegas police said Belt and an unidentified suspect argued shortly before the shooting.
