Man shot outside Las Vegas bank dies from injuries
A man shot outside a Las Vegas bank Wednesday afternoon has died from his injuries.
Amanpreet Singh, 31, a North Las Vegas resident, died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Clark County coroner's office.
Police said Friday they believe Singh was targeted, and robbery was the motive. The shooting happened outside a Wells Fargo bank near Sunset Road and Eastern Avenue at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers arrived and found Singh near the front door of the bank, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
Two men driving a white, four-door Dodge Stratus are suspected in the crime. Police found the car near the scene of the crime. The suspects also might have used a silver Ford F-150 with no bed cover or camper shell.
Anyone who might have seen the suspects that day in either vehicle is asked to contract the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Section at 828-3521.
