Two men have been arrested in the death of Hope Ritter, a bartender at Atomic Liquors.
Las Vegas police said Cristobal Perez fired 14 shots “indiscriminately” and in “cold blood” at a group of homeless people in 2023.
Police said the victim was approached by two men, then began arguing with one of the suspects.
Hope Ritter, 29, “radiated hope,” said Glen Johnson, leaning on the patio railing outside Atomic Liquors, where his friend of two years used to bartend before her death.
