Toll Brothers Fairway Hills in Summerlin’s The Ridges Oct. 21

Toll Brothers’ Fairway Hills will hold its grand opening in Summerlin’s The Ridges on Saturday. The luxury condominium community will open its private clubhouse and three professionally decorated model homes

Home designs offer open-concept floor plans that range from 2,105 to 3,274 square feet and are priced from the upper $600,000s. They feature expansive sliding glass doors, covered balconies and decks, gourmet kitchens with large center islands and breakfast bars. Their private clubhouse boasts an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, kitchen and lounge.

The grand opening event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and include a catered lunch. Fairway Hills in The Ridges is along Bear’s Best Golf Course. The address for the event is 11280 Granite Ridge Drive.
