Trump takes adds ‘sky limo’

The Residences at Trump International Las Vegas has partnered with Maverick Helicopters to offer a new concept, “House Helicopter.” Owners and guests can call and within hours and book a tour for as many as six for night tours. Pricing starts at $669 and includes round-trip limousine transportation and two bottles of Trump Blanc de Blanc.

Trump high-rise has 1,232 studio and one-bedroom suites and 50 penthouses at its Strip location on 2000 Fashion Show Drive.

Realtors throw a lot of parties

An exclusive group of Realtors partied and talked luxury during the Asian Real Estate Association of American Convention at the Bellagio Sept. 19-21. Randy Char, senior vice president of sales and marketing for One Queensridge Place was the head party organizer. He enlisted Louis Vuitton at the CityCenter and other luxury brands for several nights of fun at various high-end venues around town. One included an exclusive airplane hangar.

■ Earlier this month, luxury Realtor Rob Jensen threw a party at Anthem Country Club. He reported more than 60 real estate agents showed up to tour his new listing at 75 Kittansett Loop. The new home measures 7,817 square feet, has a six-car car garage, gourmet kitchen, five bedrooms, theatre and game room. It’s listed at $3.2 million. Jensen who markets his homes with local parties dished up Vosge truffles paired with two selections of wine from Marche Bacchus.

What’s coming up

In other, news Wayne Newton’s former Casa de Shenandoah is up for sale again. This time the listings price is only $30 million. That’s way down from last year’s price of $70 million. We plan to feature the landmark property next Sunday in Real Estate Millions.

The high-rise condo market recorded its second highest average sales price in history during the second quarter and is off to a strong start in the third quarter with an $8.8 million sale at the Waldorf Astoria, the estate of Elaine Wynn selling her unit in Park Towers for $8.25 million and a condo in the Summit Club selling for $7 million. All three sales were in August.

Luxury builders open new developments

Led by an emerging luxury custom-home community in Summerlin called Ascension, Las Vegas homebuilders have sold 47 percent more homes during the first half of 2025 priced at $1 million and higher.
