Solar panel glare too much for neighbor

Q: My question concerns the placement of solar panels within a homeowners association community. The neighbors directly behind me had solar panels installed, and because of the way our lots are situated, the panels are about 30 feet from our property and installed at, what is for us, ground level. Can HOA use radar guns to catch speeders?

A number of legislative years ago, there was a proposed Nevada Revised Statutes 116 law which would have allowed homeowner associations to utilize radar guns as a means of documenting speeders within their communities, with the ultimate goal of reducing speeding. This proposed law was defeated.

People are doing more remodeling projects

About 28 percent of U.S. homeowners plan to remodel, expand or otherwise improve their homes in the next 12 months, according to the latest Bankrate Money Pulse survey.
