REPUBLICAN MEN'S CLUB

The Nevada Republican Men's Club will have its monthly general membership luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lawry's The Prime Rib, 4043 Howard Hughes Parkway. The scheduled speaker is political reporter Jon Ralston. The cost is $25. The group is open to all U.S. citizens of voting age regardless of gender or party affiliation (481-1173).

BACKGAMMON CLUB

PROGRESSIVE SOCIAL GROUP

The Henderson Chapter of Drinking Liberally, an informal, left-leaning progressive social group that talks politics, meets at 7 p.m. Tuesdays at The Gin Mill, 2561 Windmill Parkway, Henderson (460-0973).

PARADISE SERTOMA

Las Vegas Paradise Sertoma promotes public awareness of the needs of deaf and hearing impaired people, and provides scholarships for deaf students. The group meets at 12:15 p.m. Tuesdays at Denny's, 3081 S. Maryland Parkway (384-2315, 878-0043).

BRIDGE CLUBS

Bridge World II meets at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. (735-3114).
