The Nevada Senior Coalition, a nonprofit, nonpartisan group concerned with crime, taxes, immigration, prescriptions and traffic, will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday at Boulder Station, 4111 Boulder Highway. LECTURE
University of Nevada, Las Vegas English professor Douglas Unger will present "The Geometrics of Fiction" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Barrick Museum Auditorium on campus, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway. FUNDRAISER
The Brandeis Las Vegas Chapter's 11th annual Book and Author Luncheon will take place Sunday at The Orleans, 4500 W.
