SIGNINGS

Laura Ingraham will sign and discuss "The Obama Diaries" at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Borders at Town Square, 6521 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Chef Megan Romano will have a book signing and do a food demonstration at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Whole Foods at Town Square, 6689 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Susan Wingate will sign and discuss "Easy As Pie at Bobby's Diner" at noon Wednesday at Borders, 2190 N. Rainbow Blvd.

"Summer Writing Workshop: Using Today's Technology and Trends to Sell Your Book," featuring author Robin Jay, will be presented at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road.

Performer Julie Austin will present a singalong family concert Monday at 11 a.m. at Centennial Hills Library, 6711 N. Buffalo Drive, and 2 p.m. at West Charleston Library, 6301 W. Charleston Blvd.; Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sunrise Library, 5400 Harris Ave., and 2 p.m. at Las Vegas Library, 833 Las Vegas Blvd. North; Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Spring Valley Library, 4280 S. Jones Blvd., and 4 p.m. at Enterprise Library, 25 E. Shelbourne Ave.; and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the Galleria Library at Sunset mall, 1300 W. Sunset Road, Henderson.

The Sahara West Book Discussion Group meets at 5:30 p.m. the last Thursday of each month at Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara Ave.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Borders bookstore, 2190 N. Rainbow Blvd., has a writers' group at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays.

The Henderson Writers Group meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Mondays of the month at Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road.

Story time with music and crafts is offered Tuesdays at 11 a.m. at Barnes & Noble, 567 N. Stephanie St., Henderson.
