LAKE MEAD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

Fingerprint clinic planned in Henderson

Financial services representatives from MetLife, in conjunction with the Henderson Police Department, will administer a free fingerprint ID clinic Wednesday at Lake Mead Christian Academy, 540 E. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson. The clinic will be between the hours of 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.

"This is a great opportunity for parents to have their children professionally fingerprinted and also receive a chance to discuss the subject of child safety with local law enforcement," said clinic organizer Mike Mullins.

To help promote child safety, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, in partnership with MetLife Auto & Home, are offering parents a free comprehensive personal information and identification kit for the child that can help law enforcement respond quickly to emergencies. The kit, called "All About Me," contains a detailed questionnaire that corresponds to the national missing children database used by law enforcement organizations across the country, a full page for current photos, and a fingerprint chart.
