HGTV searching for tacky, ugly living room for makeover

HGTV is teaming up with the editors of HGTV Magazine to find the tackiest, ugliest, most outdated living room in the U.S. The winning entry will be featured in a half-hour special entitled "The Most Embarrassing Living Room in America."

The winner will receive a free room makeover by HGTV designer Meg Caswell, host of the series "Meg's Great Rooms."

HGTV is currently looking for homeowners who are interested in participating. Deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time July 12, but it is recommended to apply as soon as possible.

To submit your room, email your contact info (including city of residence), a description of your living room, photos and video of yourself and your space to livingroomcasting@
gmail.com.
