'Designer Days' set during summer market
Interior designers will have the opportunity to learn about upcoming trends, visit with their peers and see the latest products during a series of events planned especially for them during the summer Las Vegas Market at World Market Center Las Vegas.
From architecture and lighting to new shades of green and talks by such trend-setters as Larry Laslo and Roger Thomas, the newly launched "Designer Days" is an educational, entertaining and focused series of events catering to the design community. The in-depth seminars will appeal to design professionals, buyers and students alike, said Margaret Casey, director of programming for World Market Center Las Vegas.
"Designers and retailers come to Las Vegas Market for more than buying alone. As a global player, it is our goal to add additional depth to our educational programs, focusing on issues that are relevant to our home furnishings industry," she said.
