Yes! extends deadline for Help A Home program for needy
Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a residential heating, air conditioning and plumbing service company in the Las Vegas Valley, has extended the deadline for nominations for its “Help A Home” program to give one local homeowner in need the chance to win a free air-conditioning system.
Help A Home invites community members to nominate a deserving family member, friend or neighbor to receive a new HVAC unit valued at more than $8,900.
The Help A Home program was designed to give a deserving individual or family a new HVAC unit to beat the heat and improve the home’s indoor air quality. Poorly maintained or out-of-date air-conditioning units can lead to a number of problems in the home, including temperature inconsistencies, polluted indoor air, higher energy costs and expensive repairs from the system working overtime.
Submissions will be collected through June 14. Nominations can be sent to helpahomelasvegas@theyesmancan.com with a brief description of why your nominee should be selected. All nominees must be homeowners.
Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing will select the top five nominated families and individuals and perform onsite visits at each nominee’s home.
The winner will be announced shortly after the home inspections, company officials said.
