Make-A-Wish transforms little girl into Katy Perry

A 5-year-old Virginia girl got to become her idol recently thanks to Make-A-Wish.

Five-year-old Addy was first diagnosed with cancer in the spring of 2013, according to CBS DC. She passed the time she spent in the hospital practicing song and dance routines when she could and watching music videos on YouTube.

For her Make-A-Wish, Addy wanted to become her favorite singer, Katy Perry. So Make-A-Wish made it happen, and even gave Addy a starring role in a remake of the music video for Perry’s “Roar.”
