Red Rock Canyon: On Monday, see the remains of a historic homestead on a three-mile hike along Pine Creek; for ages 12 and older. Bring a flashlight for a full moon hike on the Moenkopi Trail; for ages 12 and older.

Around the Bend Friends: This group of people 50 and older who are involved in hiking and related social activities plans several hikes each week of various difficulty levels, including an easy-to-moderate social hike on Saturdays. Red Rock Canyon: On Tuesday, view the types of venomous animals found at Red Rock in a tabletop presentation from 11 a.m. to noon at the visitor center. On Saturday, learn interesting facts about the desert tortoise, Nevada's state reptile.
