MUSIC

Valley Outreach Synagogue -- P'nai Tikvah will present a program of Jewish music and inspiration with "Elijah's Chair" at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada, 9001 Hillpointe Road. Tickets are $18 general admission, $12 for seniors. Call 436-4900 to reserve tickets.

Chabad of Summerlin will celebrate its 15th anniversary with a concert featuring Dudu Fisher at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Adelson Educational Theatre, 9700 Hillpointe Road. First Presbyterian Church of Las Vegas, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd., will present the Vanguard University of Southern California Concert Choir at 7 p.m. March 19 (384-4554).

Mountain View Presbyterian Church, 8601 Del Webb Blvd., will present the Orpheus Harp Ensemble performing classical and Irish works at 3 p.m. March 27. Admission is free, but a goodwill offering will be accepted (341-7800).

SERVICES

The Polish Roman Catholic Ministry has relocated to Our Lady of Las Vegas Parish at 3050 Alta Drive. The Polish Catholic Community will have its Sunday Masses at 2 p.m., and the Lord's Day Vigil Mass at 6 p.m. Saturdays.

EVENTS

St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 43 W. Pacific Ave., Henderson, is having a yard sale and bake sale 7 a.m.-1 p.m. today to benefit Friends in the Desert, a food program for the homeless and disadvantaged (565-8033).

St. Viator Catholic Community will have its St. Joseph's Table Celebration 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sunday at its Parish Center, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. The event will feature baked goods and a pasta dinner. The fee for the pasta dinner is $5. Proceeds will go to charities (358-9142).

First Presbyterian Church of Las Vegas, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd., is having the Presbyterian Women's Rummage Sale 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m.-noon March 19. Proceeds from the sale will go to support mission projects (384-4554).

MEETINGS

The Las Vegas Lay Dominicans will have their monthly meeting featuring prayer, formation activities and a Communion service, 10 a.m.-noon March 26 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Newman Community, 4765 Brussels St.

The Sathya Sai Baba Devotional Singing Group meets at 5 p.m. Sundays at 1128 Triumph Court (461-8655).

CLASSES

Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., offers English as a Second Language classes at 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Saturdays (541-1952 or 732-2052).

Community Baptist Church, 245 E. Foster Ave., Henderson, offers a free reading program for all ages 7-9 p.m. Wednesdays (565-0071).

SINGLES GROUPS

The Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada, Temple Sinai and Congregation Ner Tamid offer a variety of programs for Jewish singles of all ages in Las Vegas and Henderson. For details, call the Jewish Community Center at 794-0090, Temple Sinai at 254-5110 or Congregation Ner Tamid at 733-6292.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church sponsors singles groups for professionals 25 to 45 years old and a singles group for people 45 and older (228-8311, ext. 7333 or 7334).

Single Adults Learning Together, or SALT Ministries of CornerStone Christian Fellowship, meets at 6 p.m. Saturdays at 5825 W. Eldora Ave. (871-5050).
