MUSIC

The Southern Nevada chapter of the American Guild of Organists will perform its traditional Advent-Christmas Recital at 4 p.m. Dec. 2 at Christ Church Episcopal, 2000 S. Maryland Parkway. The program is free and open to the public (735-7655).

The Krafty Ladies of Living Water Baptist Church, 5400 E. Carey Ave., will have its annual craft and bake sale, featuring table runners, placemats, Advent calendars, handmade wood items, Christmas items, quilts and other items, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today (452-7589).

Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1730 N. Pecos Road, will have its Country Crafters Fair, featuring baked goods, crocheted and knitted items, crafts for children, jewelry, Christmas decorations, stuffed animals, baby items and other items, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today (642-7744).

First Presbyterian Church of Las Vegas, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd., will have a holiday bazaar featuring crafts and food, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. There will be a raffle of quilts and other items (384-4554).

The Center for Spiritual Living Greater Las Vegas, 1420 E. Harmon Ave., will feature Dr. Terry Cole-Whittaker discussing "7 Steps to Spiritual and Material Riches" at 12:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $30. Cole-Whittaker will also be the guest speaker for the 10 a.m. service on Sunday (739-8200).

St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 812 Arizona St., Boulder City, will have a harvest bazaar, featuring knitted and crocheted items, crafts, holiday decorations, baked goods, pies for Thanksgiving, homemade soups and other items, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today (293-4275).

The Marthas and Marys of St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2575 W. El Campo Grande Ave., North Las Vegas, will have a fall craft fair, featuring holiday items, gift baskets, children's items, jewelry, themed decorations and other items, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday (657-0200).

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas, 3616 E. Lake Mead Blvd, will present an Olde English Evening event, featuring food, games, dancing and music by the Constant Rose Band, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 1. Tickets are $15 (395-6992).

Faith Lutheran Junior/Senior High School, 2015 S. Hualapai Way, will have its annual Crusader Christmas Boutique from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 1. The event will feature a bake sale, drawings, jewelry, clothing, home goods, skin and beauty products, and other items. Admission is free. Proceeds will benefit the school's 2013 Grad Nite Live (804-0501).

The Ladies Auxiliary of St. Joseph Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave., will sell religious articles from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 25 and Dec. 16. Items will include rosaries, Bibles, statues, jewelry, Advent wreaths, candles, night lights and other items (363-1902).

SERVICES

Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., will offer a Thanksgiving Eve-Eve service at 6 p.m. Tuesday. A pie social will follow. Grocery donations will be collected for the disadvantaged (732-2052).

The St. Margaret of Cortona Secular Franciscans Fraternity of Las Vegas meets at 12:30 p.m. the fourth Sunday of the month at Pace E Bene offices, 1420 W. Bartlett Ave. (453-2417).
